The Four Cuttings Shiraz is an extension of our single site approach, capturing the personality and character of single vineyard sites from four iconic Barossa sub-regions - Tanunda, Koonunga, Lyndoch & Rosedale. Our aim is to harness the contrasting characters derived from the soil profile and climate variations across these four sites to present a seamless expression of Greenock Creek wine. The nose is rich with blueberry & black cherry which flow through to the palate which is framed by soft and silken tannins. As is the Greenock Creek tradition, this wine will reward patience and cellaring, while being deliciously approachable as a young wine.

Formed in 2005, Artisans of Barossa is a group of wine producers with a like-minded approach to winemaking and wine enjoying. It is seamless with all elements in perfect harmony. A very lengthy finish completes this solid wine. This is an extremely balanced Shiraz with fruit, oak and tannin working together. Intense deep magenta-black with purple hues. Very lifted with complex and classic Barossa notes of fruit cake, dark plum, chocolate and blackberry along with toasty oak and a hint of clove spice.
