The wine is matured in old French oak and tanks, with each parcel kept separate until the final blending prior to bottling in October 2017. The nose is rich with blueberry & black cherry which flow through to the palate which is framed by soft and silken tannins. As is the Greenock Creek tradition, this wine will reward patience and cellaring, while being deliciously approachable as a young wine.
