The Craft & Cos Collingwood Dry Gin is an ongoing conversation with the seasons. We are always juniper forward, true London dry style, with native and traditional botanicals.

Crafted using the finest English wheat, seven times distilled and blended with Harrogate spring water from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer. This produces a bold characterful vodka with a soft and elegantly smooth finish. A high quality vodka which is perfect as an ingredient in cocktails but smooth enough to enjoy on its own over ice.

The original. Our Sydney Dry Gin is unlike any other. We steep 10 botanicals in Australian wheat spirit, which is then distilled in our little German copper still. You'll notice a classic juniper backbone complimented by fresh green apple, native strawberry gum leaf, and chamomile. It is an easy drinking gin - delicate, fresh, and floral. Perfect in a strong G&T, a gin and soda, or a dry martini. For more delicious results, serve with a strawberry.

Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla is a unique distilled gin made with natural flavours of Seville oranges, orange blossom and other fine botanicals.

Cotswolds Dry Gin has a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals. Upfront and clean on the palate, followed by fresh grapefruit and a hint of coriander seed. Black pepper spice builds with a touch of dryness. Clean and balanced finish with a hint of lime and lavender.

Juniper, bay leaves, cranberries, lemon, kvan and allspice. Made to celebrate our certification as an organic producer, this is a London Dry Gin to turn heads. Dark notes from bay leaf and angelica and sweetness from cranberries. The gin is unfiltered and may turn cloudy with the addition of water or ice.

Launched in March 2015, Archie Rose Distilling Co. is the first independent distillery and bar to open in the City of Sydney in over 160 years. Featuring Australian native botanicals including Lemon Myrtle, Blood Lime, River Mint and Dorrigo Pepperleaf, Archie Rose Signature Dry Gin is unique in the fact that all fourteen botanicals are individually distilled utilising one of three separate infusion points within a 300L copper pot still.
