Tarsier Khao San Gin
Distilled with the classic Thai flavours of birds eye chilli, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaf. On the palate its savoury with earthy notes of red pepper, undertones of lemony citrus and aromatic hints of kaffir lime leaf. The chilli flavour packs a punch without the heat. Serve with classic Indian tonic, garnished with a slice of lime and slice of red chilli. Our backpacking adventure starts on Khao San Road in Bangkok, Thailand. To harness the fresh, vibrant flavours of Thai cuisine, we have cold-distilled Kaffir Lime Leaf, Lemongrass and Thai Red Chilli separately in a vacuum still and blended with a traditional distillate of 10 carefully selected botanicals.
Red Leg Spiced Rum
Red Leg is an authentic spiced rum from the Caribbean that is named after the Red Leg Hermit Crab which is native to the coral reefs of the area. Infused with ginger and vanilla before maturing in quality oak casks to smooth out the flavours and provide a long lasting finish. Enjoy in a wide range of cocktails that require that extra touch of spice.
Poor Toms Fools Cut Gin
Poor Toms Fool's Cut at 52% is for audacious gin drinkers looking for a spirit with strong Juniper presence. In looking to create a gin with enough presence to shine in strong cocktails, the more delicate, floral botanicals have been left out. So it's adios strawberry gum leaf, granny smith apples, lemon myrtle and dried chamomile, and hello loads of juniper and the earthy depth of liquorice root.
Billy Goats Gin
Billy Goats, our Queensland Gin is a small batch, handcrafted using a unique selection of Old and New World Botanicals. We have combined Australian Wheat spirit with gently soaked Juniper, the freshness of Ruby Red Grapefruit, Lemon Myrtle and Native Australian Finger Limes for a vibrant citrus burst. We were looking for a very approachable Gin that had enough citrus for a refreshing burst, but also with enough subtle botanicals to give complexity and depth. Enjoy straight up, with tonic, with soda, or in a cocktail.
Mohn Gin Island Poppy
Mohn Poppy gin is made from rye spirit in a small batch. In 1688 the island of Muhu was called Mohn, which in German means the Poppy Island. From there comes the taste and tone of the gin – hand-picked blue and green juniper berries and poppy seeds of the island. Hand-crafted gin an intriquing blend of wild poppies, green and blue juniper berries from the unique Mohn (Muhu) island. Unfltered to maintain full flavour. The berries & seeds are handpicked and native to the isle. Base spirit is distilled from winter rye. Sleepy fishing villages, working windmills, thatched cottages, plenty of deer, moose and birds plus a more secluded location help define Muhu as profoundly Estonian.
Green Ant Gin
Traditionally favoured by Indigenous societies for their medicinal benefits and protein content, native Green Ants are a unique bush tucker hand harvested in the Northern Territory by the Motlop family of the Larrakia people. The Green Ants display vibrant coriander and kaffir lime leaf flavours, with a citrus and lime burst on the palate further enhanced by Finger Lime. Native Juniper (Boobialla) is evident in the floral, perfumed aromatics, while spicy notes of Pepper Berry balance the citrus flavours. Strawberry Gum, Lemon Myrtle and Anise Myrtle provide green, leafy herbaceous characters which replicate traditional English Juniper resin characters.

Copenhagen Distillery Bay Leaf Organic Gin
Juniper, bay leaves, cranberries, lemon, kvan and allspice. Made to celebrate our certification as an organic producer, this is a London Dry Gin to turn heads. Dark notes from bay leaf and angelica and sweetness from cranberries. The gin is unfiltered and may turn cloudy with the addition of water or ice.
