The colour is light ruby red with garnet reflections, it smells fine with scent of cherries, wild berry fruits, violet and spicy hints, dry and fresh, with good body and agreeable tannins and spicy hints in flavour. When young it is excellent with rich flavoured dishes, especially the traditional specialities of Tuscan cuisine.

Finca Aylés is located in northeastern Spain, near the city of Zaragoza (Aragón, south of La Rioja). A dry red wine made from delicately selected Pinot Noir grapes. This wine is defined by a delicate ruby red color. Beautifully sculpted, racy, red-and-blackberry-fruit along with a lifted rosehip note as well, and some inky depths on the driven finish.
