This beautiful wine displays an attractive ruby red colour in a glass. The well balanced bouquet emits medium intensity fragrances of blackberry, dried herbs and earth. It offers coffee, toasted oak and vanilla characters towards the end. The nose smoothly makes way for a lush palate, filled with flavours of juicy forest fruits and soft vanilla, leading to savoury notes. Together with palate coating tannins, these characters culminate in a cocoa and coffee dominated finish.

Pure Margaret River Cabernet ripe redcurrant with a touch of cassis and mulberry overlaid by leafy, violet aromas and dusty cedar notes. Richness, softness and length of flavour are features of all our Cabernets from this vintage. The wine has remarkable mid-palate fruit flavour and richness while still showing the freshness, fineness and acidity for which Margaret River Cabernet is renowned.

Redolent in ripe cassis and dark chocolate aromas, the palate is long and structured with perfect poise and balance.

It has a lovely bouquet of dark berries and mocha with a soft fruit-driven palate of red currants and plums. The palate is soft, juicy and lingering. A number of parcels are sourced for this blend, once the grapes have reached optimal ripeness the fruit is harvested during the cool of night for delivery to the winery. The fruit is destemmed and sent to static fermenters for a long cool fermentation. Once pressed off skins the wine is pressed off to oak barrels for 9 months maturation of 9. Mazza specialises in Spanish and Portuguese varieties in WA's Geographe, located 200km south of Perth. This is still the only planting of its kind in the region.Deep red purple. Violet, blackcurrant, plum and tobacco. Intensely flavoured with loads of black and purple fruit yet retains a degree of elegance with polished tannins and savoury herb and spice elements on the complex finish.

A full-bodied wine with fragrant blackcurrant with fine cedar-like oak aromatics. The plate is rich in ripe dark fruit characters and a subtle oak characters. A well balanced mouthfeel is complimented by light dusty tannins, perfectly balanced by natural acidity and a clean finish. Pair with a grilled beef burger or steak with hand-cut chips.

Deep red with ruby hues. The wine exhibits vibrant, characteristic aromas of ripe blackcurrants, blueberries, and dark plums meshed with hints of bay and liquorice and subtle spicy, toasty oak. The generous palate is packed full of juicy fruits of the forest, cassis and chocolate characters. Medium to full-bodied, the fleshy fruits are supported by moreish, supple and ripe tannins. A balanced wine, with a persistent fruit finish with beautiful regional savoury inflections of bay, black olive and liquorice.
