A supremely structured Shiraz with juicy, brambly fruit accompanied by an integrated peachiness with delicious length.

Aromas of raspberry, red rose petal perfume, forest floor. The palate shows summer berry fruits, wild herbs, lively mouth feel with light sandy tannins. Raspberry chocolate bullets, black tea leaves and gutsy earthiness to finish, pleasant after grip and a sweet trickle of fruit on the back palate.

Driven by our organic passion and natural ‘raison d’être’, this super-premium NASAA Certified Organic and Bio-dynamically grown wine is specially made Preservative Free. A deep purple in colour with ruby hues. The nose exudes aromas of fresh blackcurrant, cassis and tobacco leaf. The palate is rich in blackcurrants and ripe red berry flavours with fine-grained tannins blending seamlessly with the fresh lifted fruit flavours. It's medium body and elegant acid structure lends a lovely balance and complexity.

With a few years of cellaring, this regal McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon from Chapel Hill has grown even more poised and expressive. The wine still proudly reflects its sense of place, but time has brought added depth and harmony. The sweet core of McLaren Vale fruit is now more refined, with dark berries and cassis layered beneath soft, earthy undertones. The once-firm, dusty tannins have mellowed beautifully, giving the wine a smooth, structured finish. Stylish, balanced and impressively mature – a true showcase of McLaren Vale’s charm.

Produced from low yielding, hand harvested vines and made using traditional techniques, D'Arry's Original is a smooth, textured, full bodied red which typifies the generous McLaren style. We managed to secure the last stocks of this Trophy and double Gold-medal winning vintage. In the winery: Selected bunches were hand picked in the third week of March and gently crushed into open top fermenters.In the glass: Vibrant, dense red black.On the nose: Appealing mix of super-ripe black fruit with classic mint herbaceousness. On the palate: Excellent balance with a powerful black fruit core cloaked with bright spice and herb and underlying cedary oak.
