This Pinot Noir from the home of the long white cloud offers ripe red berry fruit aromas of cherries and vanilla with spicy undertones. The palate is rich in flavours of cinnamon, rhubarb, tamarilllo and red cherries shine through. The tannins are velvety with a long finish. Ideally suited to drink with figs, swiss cheese and dark chocolate.

The Ethereal One celebrates wines with ethereal qualities - so delicious and graceful in style they seem not to be of this world.
