Premium producer on Victoria's Mornington Peninsula, Ten Minutes by Tractor, are in the enviable position of having three outstanding 'home' blocks in which to choose and blend fruit from to create Pinot Noir's of elegance and purity. Judd, McCutcheon and Wallis are all utilised to reflect the cool-climate of Main Ridge, one of the coolest parts of the region. At play in the wine are flavours that bounce between sweet fruit and savouriness along with a length of flavour befitting a wine of such pedigree.

Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Centred around 3 vineyards that are approximately 10 minutes by tractor apart, the winery is now synonymous with terroir driven wines perfectly suited to Mornington Peninsula. Their estate Chardonnay is a wonderful modern interpretation of the variety with layers of complexity and fruit weight balanced by the ever present acid line that runs through the core of this fantastic wine.

Stones Ginger Joe truly captures the essence of Stones Original flavour with the added fizz enhancing the mouth-feel, giving Ginger Joe a slightly soft, almost creamy, texture. All this combined provides a truly refreshing experience.

Extended fermentation on skins, then into barrel to mature. Turbul is bottled without any clarification. Sleek creamy palate, almond milk & filled with the exotic aromatics of angelica blossom, honey, bright pepper spice, parsley root, lemon rind.

Musk Creek Pinot Noir is evolving slowly to open up to its full potential. Some spearmint, raspberry and spice aroma; palate is moderate weight, silky and fine natural acid.

Only premium vineyards exclusively managed by Quealy's viticultural team are selected for the Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir. From small croppings but intense fruit each vineyard is treated separately in the winery, the final composition is a beautiful Pinot.

Loosely based on the West Coast American style Red Ale, this IPA is dangerously flavourful holding it's 6% ABV well. A medium to high bodied beer, the low carbonation giving it a fuller mouth feel. A must for the discerning craft beer drinker.

A medium bodied ale with a uniquely complex palate, Prickly Moses Otway Ale is made using pure rainwater from the Otway ranges in Western Victoria. A refreshing, well balanced, textured brew.

Green Beacon Brewing Co Wayfar American Wheat is a smooth beer with tropical fruit flavour.

A hybrid of Australian and American style Pale Ales, which are both renowned for their floral and fruity hop characteristics. The Pale Ale has a clean taste, coming from the strain of yeast used, with flavours leaning somewhat towards the hop flavour over the malts. Medium to light bodied with a moderate carbonation and a smooth refreshing dry finish makes this a desirable and pleasant drinking beer.
