Ten Minutes By Tractor was the result of a the coming together of a series of journeys that began about 30 years ago. Centred around 3 vineyards that are approximately 10 minutes by tractor apart, the winery is now synonymous with terroir driven wines perfectly suited to Mornington Peninsula. Their estate Chardonnay is a wonderful modern interpretation of the variety with layers of complexity and fruit weight balanced by the ever present acid line that runs through the core of this fantastic wine.

Stones Ginger Joe truly captures the essence of Stones Original flavour with the added fizz enhancing the mouth-feel, giving Ginger Joe a slightly soft, almost creamy, texture. All this combined provides a truly refreshing experience.

The fruit for this Onannon Mornington Pinot Gris was handpicked and pressed immediately into the tank. It is then settled overnight and racked to both tank and old barrels. A cool fermentation took place over two months during which the wine was stirred regularly to increase texture. Resulting in wine with great aromas such as ripe pears, mixed stone fruits with hints of cooked green apple in the background. It then leads to a full flavoured, textured palate with a delightful finish.

Loosely based on the West Coast American style Red Ale, this IPA is dangerously flavourful holding it's 6% ABV well. A medium to high bodied beer, the low carbonation giving it a fuller mouth feel. A must for the discerning craft beer drinker.

Green Beacon Brewing Co Wayfar American Wheat is a smooth beer with tropical fruit flavour.

A light malt base serves as the perfect backdrop for Yullis Norman Australian Ale. There's plenty of hoppy flavour and floral aromas to enjoy here, with hints of apple and pear on the palate,finished with a touch of bitterness.

Mornington Brewery Brown in an English-style Brown Ale, Brewed using classic imported English malts. It displays all the wonderful rich and toffee characters associated with these malts. Deep golden brown with hints of red, aromas of toffee, brown sugar and raisins greet the nose. The palate offers more toffee and raisins, with a supporting cast of chocolate and nuts. Rich, full-bodied, smooth and moreish.

Hoppy passionfruit aromas, malt sweetness and a well-balanced, but nicely present bitterness.

Indies 2021 Gold medal-winner No Doubt Stout features chocolate and almond aromas, rich coffee and caramel flavours, with a smooth, lingering finish. Perfect cooler-climate drinking for consumers avoiding gluten.
