This beer with its typical golden colour, its slightly hazy appearance and its fine head is especially characterized by its aroma which results from an agreeable combination of fresh hops and yeast. The beers flavour comes from the smell of hops, above all it is the fruity notes of Muscat and raisins that give this beer a particularly attractive aroma. The aroma complements the touch of bitterness. There is no acidity, but an after-bitterness which melts in the mouth.

Hand-crafted from a single vineyard site, The Paringa is a Pinot Noir of utmost class, pedigree and intensity. Made from specifically selected barrels of Pinot Noir that were clearly superior at the time of blending and bottling, the wine is a powerful amalgamation of spice, cherry and charry oak characters with a palate of extreme persistence and integrity. With access to some of Mornington Peninsula best single vineyard sites, Ten Minutes by Tractor's Wallis Pinot Noir is an example of the great depth and flavour the region can produce. Compared alongside the Estate Pinot, this wine is notably created in more of a savoury style. The flavours are precise and well defined with the palate tightly focused with fine and a little reserved tannin. The sweet-sour flavour combination makes a great food match with Asian cuisines.

Produced only in small batch quantities, revered Melburnian craft brewers Mountain Goat have released their popular Fancy Pants Amber Ale in cans. This unique brew has been nearly 20 years in the making after the guys at Mountain Goat had their beer epiphany moment back in the early 1990s. They discovered that beer doesn't have to be bland or at the opposite end, completely overpowering. In fact you could make a wonderfully drinkable brew that was a tad 'fancy'. They achieve this with the blending of Munich, Crystal and Roasted malt with the perfect amount of Cascade and Galaxy hops that delivers an amber colour, a soft sweet palate that is kept in check by the spicy, floral and fruity aspects of the quality hops.
