Guillaume Gonnet Bel Ami Châteauneuf du Pap
The Gonnet family has been settled in Bédarrides since 1600. The domain's holdings are made up of several vineyards, most of which are named after local landmarks, including Font de Michelle, La Crau, and La Pierre Plantée. Etienne Gonnet created Font de Michelle in 1950. Since 2006, Guillaume Gonnet has served as owner and winemaker of his family's Châteauneuf-du-Pape estate. In addition, he and his Australian wife Kelly have created this remarkable line of signature cuvées.
MARQUES DE MURRIETA DALMAU

Marques de Burgos 8000 Tempranillo
8000 Marqués de Burgos is a very elegant wine with a unique personality and great ageing potential. Located in the oldest vineyard area in the D.O., with an altitude of 700—900m. Two parcels with one hundred-year-old vines that are worked by hand and with very low yields: Olmedillo 2.7 ha (2.100 kg-ha) and Santa Ana 0.7 ha (1.700 kg-ha). Slow malolactic fermentation in new barrels of extra fine-grained French oak from the Tronçais and Jupille forests, with continuous lees stirring. 16 months’ ageing in French oak barrels, followed by 12 months’ ageing in bottle. Tasting notes: - Colour: Dark, garnet-cherry color. - Nose: Aromas of black fruit, blackberries, violet sweets balanced with spiced toasted notes that appear through barrel ageing. - Palate: Balanced entry, enveloping, with marked tannins that give great body on the palate and an aftertaste of floral notes such as violets, cocoa, and toffee. Marques de Burgos Roble Tempranillo
Marqués de Burgos Roble is a fresh and modern style of Ribera. An oaked red with a youthful expression and great fruit intensity. 100% tempranillo. Vineyards of 25 to 30 years of age, located on a south-southwest facing slope in the Quintana del Pidio, La Aguilera and Zazuar. The fermentation took place in concrete tanks at a temperature of no more than 26ºC to maximize the concentration of primary and secondary aromas. Six months’ ageing in American oak barrels from the north of the Appalachians (70%) and French oak from forests in central France (30%.) Aged in the bottle for at least 10 months. Tasting notes Colour. Clean and bright, intensely colored, deep cherry re. Nose. Intense aromas of red fruit and strawberry-cream candies in harmony with smoky notes. Palate. It is balanced and well-structured on the nose, with evident fruit throughout evolving into enveloping tannins that give the wine an extraordinary finesse. It has an interesting persistence on the finish, with generous textures on the palate. Pairings: Charcuterie, pasta, stews, and mature cheeses.
