Cullen, world famous for their Diana Madeline Cabernet Merlot, have introduced another Cab Merlot, a distinguished offshoot of the Langton's classified Diana Madeline. Majority Cabernet Sauvignon blended with Merlot and touch of Petit Verdot gives the wine a luscious, bright cherry flavour with red berries playing their part. Aged in French oak, 40% of which was new, for one year. Delicious to serve with veal, lamb or beef today, but will also reward up to 10 years in the cellar.

Classic Margaret River Cabernet can be found in every bottle of Forester Estate's Cabernet Sauvignon. Showing trademark characters of cassis, tabacco, earthiness along with fragrant aroma of mulberry, black currant and dusty oak, that can only be described as exhilarating. The Mangan Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is the sibling to the Cullen Vineyard version and shares the same level of elegance and flavour precision. Add to that precision an added layer of complexity and texture on the palate and you have what many consider to be Western Australia's premier 'classic dry white'.

Plum and cherries with lifted floral notes on the nose. The palate is medium bodied with dark cherries, blueberries and savoury notes on the finish.

An elegant palate with flavours of dried plum, forest fruits and mocha, with some savoury notes. Tight, fine tannins provide length and structure, to this wine that finishes with dark chocolate notes.

Vibrant in the glass deep purple with bright red edges. The nose is complex and expressive. A mix of red, blue, purple fruits the blend of varieties reflected in the broader spectrum. Oak though present is not imposing itself. Remarkably fragrant. Savoury notes in the tobacco and cedar zone add interest.
