Winemaking: Premium Margaret River Cabernet fermented in open-tops and hand-plunged twice each day.The aim of this wine was to promote the juicy fruit flavours of cabernet so we added in a small portion of Blackwood Valley Malbec to help with that.18 months aging in French Barriques before the blend was formulated.Filtered and bottled on-site.
