Our Orange vineyard is situated on the volcanics slopes of Mt Canobolas in the Orange region. Grown at an altitude of 800 metres, our Riesling is a dry aromatic style with a perfumed nose of orange blossom and ginger spice that leads into a palate framed with citrus zest and a long refined finish. When Michael Kerrigan was at the height of his powers making wine for another premium WA producer, he decided to pull up stumps, buy some vines, and make wine his way. Hay Shed Hill was born and an impressive move for "Kegs" it was. Pitchfork is their everyday drinking range, designed to be fresh and fruit forward for early enjoyment. This great little dry white is zesty, clean and fresh, delivering all the fruity goodness your heart could desire.

Weemala is an Aboriginal word for 'good view' which is what you get when you go this vineyard this Pinot Gris has produced a lovely mandarin and pear nose with flavours of quince and lime.

The Philip Shaw No.11 Chardonnay is produced from high altitude vineyards in a region firmly claiming its rightful place at the table of great Chardonnay regions, Orange of NSW. A brilliant combination of flavours of citrus and honey dew and a great sense of minerality with a firm focus on low crops and supreme site selection.

A lovely and unusual Sauvignon Blanc from Hawkes Bay. It is barrel-fermented with a touch of Semillon and Sauvignon Gris. This wine has aromas of citrus blossom, pear and stone fruit and will evolve in the bottle for five years from harvest.

One of the best varieties in Orange. Cool climate, high elevation vineyards, a mix of barrel & tank fermentation, yeast lees aged 6 months. Modern Australian chardonnay. Citrus, stone fruit, and a hint of tropical richness. Fresh and lively with fruit purity. Some bread dough and savoury oak complexity in the background. Good flavour intensity with excellent persistence. Nice balance, not overtly oaky but enough to add complexity.

Bright golden with green edges color and Aroma of Peaches, cream and citrus. Elegant and fresh. Lightly textured with flavours of peaches and vanilla. Serve with an aperitif, or as an accompaniment to seafood or chicken.

Pale straw colour and aroma of aromatic tropical fruits. Elegant and crisp. Zesty flavours of grapefruit and citrus. Drink now whilst fresh. Serve with lightly flavoured seafood dishes such as garlic prawns marinated in citrus.
