Laurent Ponsots new company is a stage in a wide-ranging project that began four decades ago. Located in the Saintonge land (French area of the Charentes), the Merlet family selected it’s William pears with contracted producers to create this liqueur. It is crafted through an artisanal method of fruits infused in neutral spirit, in order to genuinely deliver their aromas.

The second wine of "crowd favourite", Chateau Potensac, Chapelle de Potensac was created and first sold by Jean-Hubert Delon with the 2002 vintage. This elegant, traditionally made second wine possesses beautiful balance founded on smoothness and freshness. Its terroir of fine gravel and clay sands can be found in various parts of Potensac's historical terroir, on the edge of the village. The 2016 vintage consisting of Merlot 75 %, Cabernet Sauvignon 17 % and Cabernet Franc 8 %, has been widely acclaimed by critics for its fragrant, lifted, fresh fruit qualities and approachability.

Campari is the perfect aperitif with its distinctive red colour, aroma and pleasantly bittersweet flavour. Enjoy Campari mixed with orange juice, grapefruit juice or soda over ice or in an Americano or Italian Mojito cocktail.

Martell VS is a smooth and well balanced Cognac that is often in short global supply. It is best enjoyed straight or over ice for a different twist.

Château Rayne-Vigneau produce both a dry and sweet white wine on the estate with the sweet style taking all the accolades in recent years. Great vintages like the 2009 can produce a wine of sheer opulence and concentration. Layered honey, apricot and orange zest are all tighly packed in a Sauternes that is a perfect match for intense cheeses and flavoursome desserts.

Trois Citrus is issued from the exploration by the Merlet family of a French traditional bitter orange liqueur, the Triple Sec. It’s creation involved some of the world’s best bartenders. The result of this collaboration is the alliance of maceration and distillation of bitter orange, lime and mandarin. Merlet Trois Citrus is a unique blend of complex aromas with a low sugar content. This makes it the perfect ingredient for classic cocktails such as the Margarita, the Cosmopolitan or the sidecar. A subtle marriage allying the maceration and distillation of oranges, lime, and mandarin.

Chateau Ducluzeau is owned by Bruno Borie, owner of the iconic Second Growth Ducru Beaucaillou in St Julien. The 10ha vineyard in Listrac being planted to 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon (the highest percentage of Merlot in the entire appellation). Classic Bordeaux through and through - with beautiful notes of liquorice, rose, plum and blackberry.
