Bright, intense ruby red in colour, Tasca Regaleali Nero d'Avola is full flavoured with notes of sour cherry, mulberry, blueberry and vanilla. Herbaceous spice such as sage add further complexity leading into a beautifully balanced red wine.

Seppelt have been making sparkling wine in Australia since the 1890s their newest sparkling Rosé, Hooded Woman, has a beautiful, ethereal character that draws you in. This classic, dry style of sparkling rosé begins with a complex, savoury nose of brioche, mineral salt and wild strawberry. The palate boasts further strawberry notes as well as rhubarb and red currant. The wine finishes with an ever so slight phenolic grip and saline acid that draws out the palate and is the perfect compliment to the flavoursome and soft mid palate.

The wine has a straw yellow colour and, on the nose, it offer floral sensation that recall the aroma of acacia blossom, with hints of pears as well. Maschio's Prosecco is produced in the area of Treviso, north of Venice. The wine is light straw yellow with a lively froth followed by a nose full of strong candid fruit and sweet flower hints. The taste is very pleasant with an aromatic aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif and also is ideal throughout the entire meal.

Lots of plum fruit, spice and earthy notes, too, with fine acid and the fizz hit offers a refreshing lift.
