French (naturellement), and hand selected Chardonnay grapes for their classic sparkling style and the perfect balance of citrus acidity and white nectarine flavours. Then we added some fizz and undertones of brioche via some bottle conditioning (fermentation in the bottle). And because we picked the fruit early to accentuate the freshness and vibrancy of its flavours, we finessed the edges with a dash of residual sugar to create that perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.

Maschio's Prosecco is produced in the area of Treviso, north of Venice. The wine is light straw yellow with a lively froth followed by a nose full of strong candid fruit and sweet flower hints. The taste is very pleasant with an aromatic aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif and also is ideal throughout the entire meal.

A really good Moscato offering from the Lombardia region, with cooler climate pristine expressions of grapey fruit flavours and a very well balanced spritzy backbone.

Muscat grapes for this wine were imported from a number of lush vineyards spread across the warm and breezy inland regions of South Australia. The Moscato wine produced using this fruit features a bright hot-pink hue, with the nose exhibiting blissful aromas of lychee, mush, pink flowers and spice.
