Maschio's Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore is produced in the Valdobbiadene district of Italy. The wine is a straw yellow colour with green glints followed by an intense and fragrant nose with hints of candied citron and acacia flowers. The taste is fresh and charming with a fruity note. This Prosecco excellent as an aperitif and is ideal with light fish dishes, pastries and cakes.

This French sparkling is ideal for everyday drinking or parties. The mousse is fine yet persistent and the creamy flavours are well balanced with zesty acidity on the finish. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is great value!

An delightfully approachable sparkling wine that is a cellar door favourite. Fresh, youthful aromatics of lemon zest and stone fruit enhance a palate of crisp acidity balanced with a hint of sweetness from dosage. This NV (non-vintage) sparkling wine has a small percentage of older material blended back into the base wine to add some complexity.

A nice change from Aussie bubbles, this German brut has a surprisingly smooth and creamy taste for the uninitiated, with fizzing fruit flavours and a delicious lingering finish. Prost!

A zesty and refreshing sparkiling wine with enticing fruit flavours of passionfruit and green apple which provide a fruit sweetness, that is well balance by a refreshing citrus finish. A soft fine bead of bubbles completes the wine. Lifted fruit salad, dominated by passionfruit and green apple on the nose.
