St Huberts The Stag Blanc de Blancs is made from Chardonnay grapes. Quintessentially Victorian, this refreshing sparkling is made in a classic cool-climate style giving it an uncomplicated, fresh, fruit driven profile. Fruit for this wine was harvested from Victorian vineyards.Great with prawn pasta or seafood dishes or accompanying a cheese platter.

Seppelt have been making sparkling wine in Australia since the 1890s their newest sparkling Rosé, Hooded Woman, has a beautiful, ethereal character that draws you in. This classic, dry style of sparkling rosé begins with a complex, savoury nose of brioche, mineral salt and wild strawberry. The palate boasts further strawberry notes as well as rhubarb and red currant. The wine finishes with an ever so slight phenolic grip and saline acid that draws out the palate and is the perfect compliment to the flavoursome and soft mid palate.

Softley textured with good fruit weight and persistent flavour, finsishing medium dry and clean with crisp acidity. There is always a buzz at at vintage when CRUSH gets underway. Bouquet - It displays inviting scents of blackcurrants with hints of plums and herbaceous notes.<br>Flavour - On the palate it has particularly rounded fruit, underpinned by velvety tannins and with great length and persistence.<br>Recommended With - It is suitable for savory pasta dishes, red meat and fresh cheese.<br>Serving Temperature - 16 – 18 degrees C

This Sparkling wine offers vibrant aromas of delicate flowers and tropical fruits. On the palate, it's lively and flavourful, with a refreshing effervescence and a crisp finish. It pairs wonderfully with a charcuterie board or light, fragrant salads.

Bottle fermented and aged on yeast lees, Angas Brut Chardonnay Pinot is a marvellous blend of 75% Pinot Noir and 25% Chardonnay. It displays a pale straw colour with slight green hints noticeable throughout the wine. Lifted fragrances of strawberry, cream and biscuit characters from the Pinot Noir fruit makes the nose attractive, while the citrus notes, tight structure and fine acidity provided by the Chardonnay grapes on the palate counterbalance the aromas, leading to a lengthy and persistent climax. Made for drinking fresh and young, serve this wine chilled with Camembert cheese, bay scallops with garlic and parsley butter, and freshly shucked oysters.

The aromatic richness of the Grillo grape makes this an ideal wine to pair with summer dishes.
