Rutherglen fortifieds are regarded as one of the world's most unique wines - Rutherglen is a small district in which only a few wineries make great fortified wines and they're incredibly intense wines. Mid amber in appearance with slight green highlights. Its concentrated nose shows great depth of malty, Tokay characters. The palate is complex, intense and luscious, combined with freshness.

Brilliant clarity, deep orange-gold colour with strawberry highlights. Fresh intense varietal aromas of Turkish Delight, musk, tea rose, vanilla, soft sweet spice, fruitcake, raisin, sultana, dried berries, and quince paste finishing with a subtle lift of spirit. Rich and flavoursome layers of fruit, extending those found on the nose (raisin, musk, dried plum, quince, vanilla and spice). Youthful, luscious finish with gentle warmth from spirit. Small yields of flavour packed fruit from Rosewoods aged Muscat à petits grains vines are aged and blended with other years to bring out the clean, fine fruit characteristics of this old favourite. Its young, cherry, caramel and coffee flavours can be savoured with, or in place of, dessert.

Morris Classic Tawny is a fortified wine produced from sunkissed, strictly French varietals grown in Rutherglen. Flaunting a dark red colour with brown hues, this rich wine delivers strong fruit characters on the bouquet showcasing good wine ageing. Concentrated flavours of caramel and vanilla bean dominate the palate with nutty overtones. It's an ideal wine to be served chilled during summer - perfect for Australian Christmas meals.

Deep crimson purple colour. Ripe plummy, blackberry and spice aromas which are transformed into a generous mouthfilling palate. The contribution of the Durif is subtle, yet evident, giving the wine added depth. Soft finish. A must for the Christmas Table.

Gold medal winner Morris Classic Liqueur Topaque is a distinctive wine showing a semi-translucent, onion brown colour with olive green hues. Highly regarded as one of Australia's unique fortified styles, this wine has a concentrated nose showing great depths of malty Topaque characters. Its palate packs candied fruit, toffee, honey and cold tea characters. Having a very luscious mouthfeel, this Rutherglen Topaque is a great aperitif, a great topping to vanilla ice-cream, or can be paired alongside a rich pudding your choice!

The acclaimed Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Muscat has won numerous gold medals and trophies. Flaunting a dark brown colour with a green-yellow rim, this Rutherglen treat emanates spice, plum pudding and raisin aromas from the nose. It's a rich and viscous Rare Liqueur Muscat with a mesmerising palate density that lingers on and on. The finish is powerful and sustained. Though this wine is a treat in itself, it pairs extremely well with cheese platters and desserts.

Five times Gold medal winner, Morris Old Premium Rare Liqueur Topaque is one of the best wines produced from Muscadelle grapes. The wine has an opaque sienna brown-black colour with olive green hues. It's wonderfully deep on the bouquet, exhibiting honey and butterscotch aromas with a nutty edge. A rich concentration of Muscat, caramel and burnt citrus flavours can be sensed on its palate, with a smooth and silky tannin structure. All in all, it's a perfect Topaque for all occasions and tastes best with cakes and cream.

Raison, and rose petal aromas with dried fruit and a hint of wood age. Palate of rose petals, fruit cake and raisons, fresh and lively with youthful primary fruit characters evident. Well balanced palate which is clean and fresh with a drying finish. The solera has been the recipient of barrels from the Rare Muscat solera, emptied but not washed so influence coming from remaining wine in the bottom of the barrels; not as much influence imparted as in the Old Vine Muscadelle situation. Tawny colour with a slight reddish/ brown hue on the edge. Founded in 1858 by William Chambers and situated just one kilometre west of Rutherglen, on the Corowa road. The original vineyards which were replanted after phylloxera attacked the area in the late 1890's now have some irrigation, and produce low tonnages with wonderful concentrated flavour. Rosewood's fifth generation winemaker Bill Chambers OAM, handed over to son Stephen in 2001. The proud tradition of winemaking continues from the rich old fortified wines made in the early 1900s by great grandfather Will Chambers who started off the wonderful Tokay and Muscat blends which today are renowned throughout the world. The Rare Muscat and Rare Tokay consistently receive perfect, 100 out of 100 scores from the influential wine writer Robert Parker Junior of the Wine Spectator who refers to Bill as the "Master of the Fortified wine business of Australia".

Fruit was sourced from the De Bortoli-owned Shelleys Vineyard on the eastern edge of the Rutherglen region, and 2021 provided a superb vintage.Deep, dark red. Savoury, earthy & rustic aromas of tobacco, forest floor, dark berries and herbs. Sweet fruit & oak entry in a juicy & fleshy style with red plum, roasted tomato & oregano, long tannins & balanced oak. A jubey young-drinker.
