The green daisy, a symbol of hope and desire, is the perfect expression for this blanc de noir cuvée produced with 100 per cent Pinot Meunier. Born in Verona from a cocktail with a flower, Cuvée Fleur de Flo is the signature cuvée of Flo. Produced with equal parts Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay and 10 per cent Coteaux Champenois Meunier aged in oak barrels, this is an exciting rosé, perfect for an afternoon delight. The warm, amber veil reveals notes of fruits of the forest, with character and elegance, and soft touches of spices (cardamom, curry and ginger). Pair this with lobster or lamb, cheeses (blue cheese, mortadella), or a dessert of praline pie, cherries, strawberries, rhubarb and meringue. Cellared 30 months Disgorged: 9 months Dosage: 7 grams.

This is more aromatically complex than the Cents Vignes with its well-layered nose of red and dark berries, violets, plum, earth, spice and discreet game nuances. This also displays a relatively refined mouth feel as the plump and rounded medium-bodied flavors are delicious and a bit more concentrated as well before terminating in a slightly dry finish that cuts the persistence short. Milder and sweeter than the famous Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse was introduced to the world in 1838. It also is presented in the traditional Chartreuse liqueur bottle embossed with the seal of La Grande Chartreuse. Its colour is entirely natural with no artificial flavours or preservatives. It, too, can be enjoyed neat or in a long drink. To bring out all its flavour, it should be consumed very cold, even on the rocks.

An Italian classic, it also offers those delightfully refreshing notes of florals, apples and red berries in an extra-dry style. The Chardonnay grapes used to create Vintage Blanc de Blancs were picked, pressed and then fermented to retain intense fruit flavours. The resulting wine shows a bright straw colour with light green highlights and a beautiful bead. The fragrant bouquet is perfumed with lovely aromas of cream and peaches, with light suggestions of citrus and honeysuckle. The elegant palate is filled with peachy flavours and zesty lemon acidity, offering a silky mouthfeel and a clean finish. This lighter bodied Blanc de Blancs tastes excellent with sashimi, sushi, and foie gras terrine.

There's nothing serious about this little number! Passion Pop is low in alcohol and loaded with soft, approachable passionfruit sweetness, it's a crowd pleaser.
