Arrogant Frog Chardonnay
Colour: Pale gold with green tints. Nose: Elegant nose with aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruits combined with a hint of toast and vanilla. Palate: The palate is well-rounded and smooth and has a well-balanced acidity.
Domaine Albert Morot Beaune 1er Cru Les Toussaints
This is more aromatically complex than the Cents Vignes with its well-layered nose of red and dark berries, violets, plum, earth, spice and discreet game nuances. This also displays a relatively refined mouth feel as the plump and rounded medium-bodied flavors are delicious and a bit more concentrated as well before terminating in a slightly dry finish that cuts the persistence short. I would advise drinking this young for its fruit. 88/2018+
Pierre Larousse Blanc De Blanc
This French sparkling is ideal for everyday drinking or parties. The mousse is fine yet persistent and the creamy flavours are well balanced with zesty acidity on the finish. Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, it is great value!
Chartreuse Yellow Liqueur
Milder and sweeter than the famous Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse was introduced to the world in 1838. It also is presented in the traditional Chartreuse liqueur bottle embossed with the seal of La Grande Chartreuse. Its colour is entirely natural with no artificial flavours or preservatives. It, too, can be enjoyed neat or in a long drink. To bring out all its flavour, it should be consumed very cold, even on the rocks.

Arras Vintage Rose
This sophisticated rosé sparkling boasts alluring complexity and a vibrant character. It's moderate salmon-pink in colour with a hint of crimson and a lively yet fine, persistent bead. The 2007 vintage displays enticing aromas of lifted fresh red berries complemented by oyster, field mushroom and toast. This is a low-dosage style with structural elegance built around fine tannins and an acid backbone, which is seamless and persistent. The red wine and oak structure of this wine make it a great companion to rich and complex food pairings. With an extraordinary 9 years and 10 months in Tirage, this beautifully poised Tasmanian Rosé sparkling displays a complex balance of fruit characters, savoury notes and a fine acid backbone. A unique example of cool climate vintage rose without peer. The philosophy for Arras sparkling wines is simple - to create world class sparkling wines. Created by Australias most awarded sparkling winemaker, Ed Carr, outstanding fruit is sourced from across Tasmania's premium cold climate regions. The art of blending sparkling wine is one that can only be mastered by perfecting the craft, patience to allow the wine to mature at its own pace and the experience to know when it is at its best. The entire portfolio of Arras sparkling wines are held back between 3-10 yrs to give these wines the distinction, quality and maturity they require to be world class, unique sparkling wines.
Louis Roederer Cristal Champagne
Cristal is a remarkably balanced and refined champagne whose length is inimitable. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes. Cristal is a wine that keeps well: it can be conserved for over twenty years without losing its freshness and character. Produced uniquely during the best years, when the Chardonnay (around 40%) and Pinot noir (around 60%) grapes have attained perfect maturity, Cristal is aged for 6 years in Louis Roederers cellars and left for a further 8 months after dégorgement. Today Louis Roederer remains one of the very few remaining family owned Houses in Champagne with 7th generation Frederic Rouzaud at the helm. From the 100 hectares acquired in 1850 by Louis Roederer, the Domaine today extends over 240 hectares averaging 98% on the official Echelle classification. All vineyard acquisitions follow Louis Roedererâs strict 70% policy â that is ownership of at least 70% of the total production. All Louis Roederer Cuvees are Estate grown with the exception of Brut Premier which is 60% estate fruit and 40% fruit sourced from long-term contracted growers. Louis Roederer farm 65 Ha of their Domaine vineyards under a biodynamic and organic regime as part of what Chef de Cave Jean-Baptiste Lécaillon says is a work in progress. In 2012 Louis Roederer became the largest biodynamic producer in Champagne.
