The winery is located near Carcassonne in the Languedoc-Roussillon. Domaine Pennautier 1620 Pinot Noir is a medium light red is made from 100% Pinot Noir grape. Delicate and complex on the palate, with aromas of dark forest fruits.

Colour: Pale gold with green tints. Nose: Elegant nose with aromas of tropical fruits, stone fruits combined with a hint of toast and vanilla. Palate: The palate is well-rounded and smooth and has a well-balanced acidity.

Pale yellow in colour, with green edges, the wine has fine bubbles and persistent mousse. Fresh lime blossom, apple and fennel aromas abound with some hints of nut and toast in background. A bright palate includes primary fruit flavours of pears and Fuji apples, nectarine and ripe meyer lemons. Soft acidity, gentle creamy texture and a very long finish are features of this wine.

Fine-boned and elegant, this Volnay shows the delicacy and lightness of touch for which the commune is renowned. Nicolas Rossignols low-interventionist winemaking philosophy ensures the full potential of the fruit and the commune is consistently expressed in the final wine.

Deep garnet in colour with lifted ripe berry Shiraz fruit, complemented with subtle coconut oak and spice. The palate is soft and rounded with plum and blackcurrant flavours. Subtle oak sweetness is balanced with a natural efferrvescence. Enjoy with BBQ ribs, roast turkey, mixed cheese platter or dark chocolate mousse!
