The cuvee La Parisienne 2015 vintage is made from a blend with a majority of Chardonnay. It originates from the grand and premier crus of Champagne, which characterise its freshness and vividness. Ideal as an aperitif, it elegantly accompanies oysters and shellfish.

Established in 1836, Madame Pommery is credited with creating the first vintage ‘brut’ style of Champagne in 1874, at a time when most champagnes were excessively sweetened with sugar. This pommery brut royal champagne revolutionary dry style set the benchmark for the rest of Champagne and it is in this spirit that the style of Pommery endures; with each cuvée displaying sublime elegance, finesse and freshness. Pommery is one of the few Champagne Houses that produces their large formats in the actual bottle in order to allow for optimal ageing.

Created in order to pay homage to Louise Pommery, Cuvée Louise is a wine of an absolute purity which expresses the quintessence of the exceptional oenological know-how of the Maison Pommery. Avize, Cramant and Aÿ: Cuvée Louise finds its origin within these three grands crus, true gems of Champagne. The 2004 Brut Nature vintage is a cuvée with zero dosage, offering an exceptional experience and perfectly showcasing the quality of the grand Champagne.

Roche Mazet chardonnay Brut has a luminous pale yellow robe with green tints in which fine glistening bubbles appear. On the nose it displays delicate citrus and orchard fruit aromas. It is fresh and mineral on the palate recalling hints of toasted hazelnuts and quince, enhanced by the sparkle of bubbles.
