Glenmorangie The Infinita 18 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Product Description Glenmorangie The Infinita 18 Year Old is a whisky of exceptional depth, bringing together over 18 years of meticulous craftsmanship and innovation. This whisky is a perfect expression of Glenmorangie’s dedication to creating a truly unique and complex single malt. The whisky spends most of its life maturing in hand-selected American oak casks, before a portion is aged in Oloroso Sherry casks, which adds a further layer of depth to its already rich profile. The result is a smooth and elegant whisky with notes of honeyed sweetness, caramelised orange, and the delicate floral essence of jasmine and lemon blossom. A hint of campfire smoke adds an element of warmth, while the whisky’s complex layers of fruit and spice create a memorable and delightful drinking experience. With each sip, The Infinita reveals new layers of flavour, making it the ideal whisky for those who enjoy a nuanced and dynamic dram. Its combination of vibrant fruit, soft spice, and gentle smoke makes it incredibly versatile, perfect for sipping neat or with a splash of water to enhance the aroma. Don Julio Añejo Tequila

A testament to Don Julios patience and determination for superior quality, Tequila Don Julio Añejo is the culmination of distinct rich flavours of agave balanced with the perfect amount of wood influence. Don Julio Añejo spends more than the minimum requirement of 1 year on oak, and is normally aged between 18 months and two years before it reaches its optimum age and taste profile. As with the rest of the Don Julio range the nose is fruity and floral, but with notes of vanilla and fresh agave, whilst the palate is slightly richer and more full bodied, yet still sweet and rich with citrus characteristics.

Hakushu 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

This wonderful peated Japanese single malt whisky hails from Hakushu distillery, owned by Suntory. The distillery resides in the forests of Mt. Kaikomagatake, with the original Hakushu distillery built in 1973. Rather fittingly, it boasts a fresh and foresty flavour profile. On the nose you’ll find toasted barley, chopped almonds and a little bit of barrel char. Hints of milk chocolate and dried grass bring sweetness. Much more fruit on the palate, but it's by no means a sweet whisky. Still rich, herbaceous and grassy, with a waft of smoke along the way. Nice expression here.

Glengyle Distillery Kilkerran 8 Year Old Strength Bourbon Matured Scotch Whisky

Mitchell's Glengyle Ltd. are very proud to be continuing and adding to the great Campbelltown Distilling tradition and the choice of the name reflects that. Kilkerran is derived from the Gaelic 'Ceann Loch Cille Chiarain' which is the name of the original settlement where Saint Kieran had his relgious cell and Campbeltown now stands. Kilkerran is thought to be suitable name for a new Campbeltown Malt since it was unusual for the old Campbeltown distillers to be called after a Glen, a custom more usually associated with the Speyside region. This is a new release cask strength whisky from Glengyle distillery fully matured in ex-bourbon. Bottled at 55.8%. A floral element, reminiscent of elderflower and heather, introduces this dram. There are notes of vanilla and custard creams and a confectionary note to foam bananas. Notes of cocoa nibs and Iberico ham are introduced on the palate, paired with an earthy peat smoke influence. The development of a tropical note comes through in hints of pineapple and coconut. The peat smoke lingers in the finish along with a digestive biscuit note. Note - item does not come with external tube. In the distillery's words: “It is our intention to reduce the amount of packaging we use across our group of companies, from Springbank and Kilkerran to William Cadenhead Ltd, and that any we do use is produced and procured as sustainably as possible."
