Grosset Springvale Riesling from the Clare Valley sub-region of Watervale, takes its name from the Springvale Road vineyard located in the highest part of Watervale. Jeff Grosset's six hectare vineyard produces a wine full of ethereal aromatics, fragrant lemongrass and freshly squeezed lime. Pure lemon flavours over wet pebbles show on the palate that is accented by the wonderful minerality that is the signature of Grosset.

The St Andrews Cabernet from Taylors has fine tannins and opulent cassis and fresh blackberry fruit are combined with cedar oak notes that make for a lovely drinking wine for now or something for the medium term section of your cellar.

Jeff Grosset's Rieslings are amongst the most sought after in Australia. The Polish Hill is superb with intense lingering citrus flavours lively natural acidity and a crisp dry finish. Taylors St Andrews Shiraz from the Clare Valley is a classic and is consistently a show-stopper. The bouquet shows rich plum and cherry fruit with earthy spice and the palate is perfectly balanced with soft silky tannins.

Chardonnay coming from the Bizot Vineyard in the Piccadilly Valley (Adelaide Hills), planted in 1996 at 500M altitude. Hand harvested (clones 76 and 95) on 1 March 2016 and whole bunch pressed (low yields of just 487.5L per tonne). Method Classic - first fermentation and ageing on full lees in old oak for 10 months, second fermentation and ageing in bottle on lees for 42 months. Disgorged September 2020.
