A deep crimson red which opens with the classical Margaret River nose...fresh varietal notes of bright berried fruits, briar and sea spray, followed by wafts of chocolate and mocha with subtle spiced oak aromas. A medium to full bodied palate shows cassis and Satsuma plum characteristics, leading into the sweet mid-palate depth of chocolate and mocha, finishing with defined talents. Made in the contemporary style, Marchand & Burch Rosé flaunts a luminescent sunstone colour with light pink tinges. The wine's bouquet exudes aromas of strawberry coulis and cream. The silky palate shows flavours of red berries and peach. The saline, chalky and savoury notes provide length as well as a fine drying balance to the wine's finish. All in all, it's a gentle wine, perfectly layered with subtle complexities to be explored. This Rose pairs very well with light pastas, seafood and goat cheese.

Aromatic dark fruits of mulberry and black plum. A complex and layered palate of primary mulberry and blackberry supported by black olive and dark chocolate with the gentlest hint of toasty french oak. Estate grown from the spectacular hillside vineyard in the Ferguson Valley of the Geographe wine region, fruit is sourced predominately from the Blinman block which was planted in 1998. Soil is typically a deep layer of ironstone gravelly loam over red and yellow friable clay with slight westerly aspects at elevations of 220 to 250m above sea level. The Coat of Arms is an expression of the deep dark fruit characters we attain from the Ferguson region, rich and smooth with lashings of chocolate, entwined with secondary characters of oak and black olive. Winemaking technique enhances the aromatic and flavour profile of the varieties whilst maintaining a long fine tannin structure. Maturation adds further layers.

This bold Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from lush vineyards in the Margaret River wine region. The grapes were picked at perfect tannin ripeness, fermented, and aged for a period of 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels. The resulting dry red wine displays an inky red / purple colour, and exudes vibrant aromas and flavours of blackberries and dried leaves. This full flavoured palate combines with finely structured tannins to provide a textured and captivating finish. This elegant wine can be cellared for a decade from vintage. Pair it with dishes like braised beef short ribs, garlic chicken wings, and zucchini gratin with tomato confit, to fully appreciate its satisfying flavours.
