Grapes were harvested in early April 2019 at the optimum ripeness. The juice was fermented at cool temperatures to retain the elegant, fresh flavours. No oak was used in the winemaking process to ensure the vibrant regional characters were captured.

This beautiful example exhibits jasmine and white flowers, which are complemented by cinnamon quill and all spice. These are met by crunchy nashi pear acidity and a musk stick finish.

This elegant Pinot Grigio shows a pale gold colour. The nose and palate feature apple, pear and white peach characters. The wine ends in a long and satisfying finale. This is a refreshing and food friendly wine.
