Buttery Chardonnay is named for the rich, creamy flavorus imparted by its distinct winemaking style. Our coastal California vineyards deliver lush notes of ripe apple and white peach, balanced with bright, mouth-watering acidity. Malolactic fermentation then enchances the wine's body and complexity. Aging on French and American oak adds the finishing touches of brown spice and vanilla aromas and notes of toasty brioche to complement the decadent buttery profile.

Rich, creamy textured entry level Californian Chardonnay. Brilliant pale straw colour with green tinged edges and a watery hue. Ripe peach and honeycomb aromas overlaid with toasty oak mix with some butterscotch, crème brulee and spice notes. Rich and creamy textured, mouth filling ripe peach, apricot and honeycomb flavours meld into a charry oak led back drop of crème brulee and spicy nougat. The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

The Yarra Valley is one of the heavyweight regions for Australian Chardonnay, with finesse and length of flavour the hallmarks of the regional style. In the glass: Pale lemon green. On the nose: Apple, grapefruit, oatmeal and almond aromas. On the palate: Fine, elegant and poised yet with power and drive and a delicious core of white and yellow fruits. A savoury, almost salty layer adds complexity, velvety texture and racy acidity.

Shadowfax Chardonnay is blended from premium cool climate districts of southern Victoria. This Chardonnay crafted by Matt Harrop is elegant and complex with attractive varietal and barrel derived characters.
