The Ten Minutes by Tractor Chardonnay's have become very well known by Chardonnay lovers across the country and from beyond our shores. Classic varietal aromas of stone fruits and nectarine complemented with refreshing citrus notes on the nose. The pure fruit flavours were enhanced by the lively crisp acidity leading to a lengthy finish.

With fruit sourced from premiere growing regions along the North Coast (of California) expect a ripe and flavourful Chardonnay with aromas of baked apples, vanilla and buttered toast. The fruit for this wine is sourced from multiple vineyards across the Monterey AVA including our Gravelstone and Clark estate vineyards. Vineyards located in North Monterey bring juicy fruit notes while the vineyards in the South bring riper fruit flavours. La Crema Monterey Bay Chardonnay has aromas of grilled pineapple, nashi pear, tangerine, and papaya are followed by flavours of white peach, Anjou pear, Key lime and honeydew melon which are complemented by a touch of barrel spice and river stone minerality. Balanced acidity lingers on a long finish.

Shadowfax Chardonnay is blended from premium cool climate districts of southern Victoria. This Chardonnay crafted by Matt Harrop is elegant and complex with attractive varietal and barrel derived characters.
