Milder and sweeter than the famous Green Chartreuse, Yellow Chartreuse was introduced to the world in 1838. It also is presented in the traditional Chartreuse liqueur bottle embossed with the seal of La Grande Chartreuse. Its colour is entirely natural with no artificial flavours or preservatives. It, too, can be enjoyed neat or in a long drink. To bring out all its flavour, it should be consumed very cold, even on the rocks.

Every ingredient for Domaine de Canton has been meticulously sourced. Ginger, revered for centuries for its health and mystical properties, is selected from Asia. Baby ginger is specifically used for its distinct flavor properties and viscosity. The Ginger is hand cut, rinsed, and allowed to dry for several days, in preparation for being married into the overall recipe. Additionally, hand-selected Tahitian vanilla beans and Provencal honey are sourced and added to the recipe in careful amounts. Domaine de Canton is produced without any preservatives, additives, or colorants, which results in subtle color variations in each batch.

An amber-yellow colour with a lively bouquet which is both mature and expressively floral (with fresh notes which are almost minty). A very supple attack, with a pleasurable intensity conveyed by woody spices and illuminated by hints of fresh mint. The robust yet delicate frame of woody and fruity flavours is enhanced by vanilla, liquorice and macerated fruit overtones.

Introduced in France in the fifteenth century, the apricot was only really adopted three centuries later. The fleshy fruits from the Mont du Lyonnais (near Lyons) are harvested very ripe once the summer sunshine has guaranteed their sugar content and beautiful orangy-red colour.

The original taste of DUVAL relies on a well-balanced blending of aromatic essences. On the nose, the anise dominates with liquorice notes. On the palate, our Pastis is characterised by a pronounced taste of liquorice.

Golden colour, well developed woody nose, lots of vanilla with floral notes, mouth not very aggressive marked by a gentle attack of vanilla and spices; the wood then comes back creating length.
