Absolut Elyx is a new super-premium single-batch vodka from the makers of Absolut. Every batch is produced in a hand-operated still from 1929, with columns, pumps and hand-forged pipes made of copper, making use of coppers natural purifying properties. It is the result of genuine craftsmanship and manual operation in every detail of the process. Only natural ingredients are used and every part of the production, from planting of the first wheat seeds to bottling, is performed within a 25km radius in the Ahus region of Southern Sweden. Every batch is carefully tasted and approved before it is bottled making Absolut Elyx a truly luxurious experience.

For the base we start with our multi award-winning vodka which has been meticulously crafted from locally sourced, high quality, Australian ingredients. Post distillation our cryofiltration process ensures all impurities are removed, leaving us with a vodka of unsurpassed purity and clarity. We then gently fold the caramel into the vodka. Purely indulgent and moreish, this caramel vodka is silky smooth on the palate. Tasting Notes: Warm and sticky sweet with a creamy, buttery, sweet mouthfeel.

Triple Distilled.OCD vodka runs through a process that yields only to time, with longer than normal fermentation periods to allow the development of a deep, rich flavour profile.The distillation process then pulls back the layers, to allow for a smooth tasting liquid.
