his non-alcoholic Pinot Grigio has been made with our organically grown grapes from our vineyards in Virginia, South Australia. We have gently removed the alcohol to produce a Pinot Grigio with notes of nashi pears and apple with a delightfully crisp and refreshing finish. This wine contains less than 0.5% alcohol by volume, a level similarly found in most fruit juices! Our winemaker has ensured we have maintained as many of the original flavours as possible to bring you a delicate, non-alcoholic Pinot Grigio without the addition of artificial sugar!

The Farm Hand wines are grown by the Grigoriou family, fourth generation wine growers, from almost one hundred acres of Organic Vineyards in the Monash Valley of South Australia.

Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Pinot Grigio was harvested in the cool of night when the fruit was at its coolest and freshest to capture the natural, crisp, fruit flavours. Deep in the middle of the night, carefully selected parcels of quality Pinot Grigio were picked with the fruit simply bursting with natural vibrancy. The growing season was perfect with extended rain during the winter of 2010 allowing a healthy fruit set and ample crop. On the nose the Cool Harvest Grigio has elevated notes of pear, stone-fruit and lemon zest while the palate follows up with the same zesty pear and wonderful citrus notes.

Gorgeously aromatic - think honeysuckle blossom, fennel and freshly cut pear. On the palate, mouth filling honeyed spiced poached pears & granny smith apple skin, balanced with brilliant crisp acidity. It has great length and a vibrant minerality with a subtle grapefruit tang. Vibrant, floral, citrus. As a stand alone, Pinot Grigio is always a great appertif. But you can never go wrong pairing with fish or shellfish - think seafood risotto or even sashimi. South Australia's first vineyards were established in the 1830's. Enjoying a wide range of climates including the cool temperatures of the Adelaide Hills, to the hot summer weather of the Barossa Valley, South Australia is arguably Australia's most diverse wine producing state.It is from these wonderfully diverse regions that winemaker Marty O'Flaherty selects the best varietals to produce Mojo wines.
