The incomparable taste of Bombay Sapphire is the result of ten carefully selected botanical ingredients coupled with a unique distillation process. Considered one of the worlds true icon Gin's, it is the perfect way to begin the legendary cocktails, the Martini and the G&T.

Empirical Spirits The Plum, I Suppose

Harnessing both traditional eastern and western traditional fermenting and distilling techniques, along with modern technology, Empirical Spirits represents an entirely new category in spirits. Embracing flavour as a starting point, all the unique expressions from this Copenhagen based start-up evoke a different sensory memory. The Plum, I Suppose name comes from a Robert Frost poem that alludes to the fact that the Rose is related to the supposedly less beautiful apple, peach & plum. This spirit is based on the dried inner plum kernel, which has a similar scent and flavour to almonds. The plum kernel has marzipan high notes, and a nuanced sweetness that’s refreshing and bright. The Plum, I Suppose captures the flavour of plum from the fruit and almond from the seed. Best served chilled.

Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin

Bright, zesty aromas head up a clean, citrus Gin. A sweet fruit burst of Sicilian Blood Oranges offers a smooth crisp taste of the Mediterranean sun. A passion for discovery runs through all eight generations of the Whitley Neill family tree. So it’s perhaps fitting that while honeymooning in the beautiful Sicilian countryside, Frederick Neill and his new wife fell in love all over again, this time with the vibrant, zesty flavour of Sicilian blood oranges. Using his finely-honed distilling techniques, Freddy strove to create a vodka recipe that would evoke the memories of his Sicilian honeymoon. And it’s this recipe that led to the creation of Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin. A handcrafted Gin of exceptional quality, that’s bursting with the dynamic citrus flavour of Sicilian blood oranges in every drop, for a smooth, crisp taste of the Mediterranean sun.

Eden Mill Forager Gin

Raspberry, Strawberry, Gooseberry, Wilderness A Scottish berries gin inspired by nature: focusing on sweet and lightly tart flavours. Taking inspiration from countryside hedgerows, this very rich and juicy gin focuses on red berry notes. Almost jam-like in profile, Forager has a lingering raspberry/blackberry character perfect for a Summer refreshment. Best served with raspberry lemonade or a premium tonic, garnished with a handful of raspberries and strawberry slices. Forager is perfect in a Bramble cocktail. 40% ABV / 70CL Discover The Story Behind Forager Gin Hedgerows are like tiny forests, providing food and shelter for countless species. They are their own complete ecosystems, with animals and plants relying on each other - it’s a world in itself, hidden from the outside. Hedgerows are under threat, however, and are being destroyed at an increasingly alarming rate. Our Forager Gin is made with berries you can find in Scottish hedgerows in the hopes of retaining them for generations to come. By making this gin from berries that can be foraged from Scottish hedgerows, Eden Mill is looking after an important part of the British countryside and is highlighting the plight and importance of these little ecosystems. This illustration shows the little worlds contained within!
