Slow distilled by hand in our medieval copper pot stills with oriental botanicals and gunpowder tea. 8 pot still botanicals and 4 vapour infused botanicals are combined in the oriental traditions of distilling. Every bottle is hand filled, labelled and sealed by our dedicated team of distillers.

Nose: Salted caramel and vanilla jump out of the glass with light oak spices and undertones of zesty citrus, honey and a hint of nuts. Palate: Honey and creamy vanilla come to the fore with light oak spices that are all followed by the zesty citrus peel. A deliciously drinkable whiskey.

Introducing Nirvana Single Malt Whisky. Indian barley and charred American oak casks work in harmony here, with lots of barley sugar and honeyed notes to enjoy. An attractive honeycombed bourbon and butterscotch with luscious fruitcake and enticing caramel pudding. A delightful taste soft honey and salted caramel followed by an excellent mouthfeel with honeycomb sweetness. The finish is long, and richly flavoured with dissolving honey, barley, succulent vanilla and gentle tannin. To add a depth of character Teeling Single Grain is exclusively fully matured in Californian Cabernet Sauvignon wine barrels which creates very distinctive rich amber colour while imparting strong spicy notes and lush red berries and grape flavours. Like all the Teeling Whiskeys, it's bottled at 46% with no chill filtration, allowing for all the natural flavours of the Whiskey to be retained. Made through the combination of unique ingredients, predominately maize/corn, and the modern technique of column distillation producing an exceptionally clean smooth and sweet Irish whiskey.

Produced at the famed Midleton Distillery in County Cork, Three Swallow is crafted from a mash of malted and unmalted barley, then triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills before being matured in 2nd and 3rd fill Bourbon barrels. Finally, it receives a finishing in aged sherry casks. It is intended as a modern representation of what the original Powers tasted like back in the days of John’s Lane distillery. But to confuse matters slightly, it's been released at two different ABVs: 43.2% and this one which lands at 40%. Non chill filtered.
