Distilled in London at Thames Distillers, Fords Gin is a collaboration between 10th generation master distiller Charles Maxwell and gin expert Simon Ford. A modern take on a classic London Dry Gin, Fords Gin starts with a traditional base of juniper & coriander seed balanced by citrus, florals and spices that are steeped for 15 hours before being distilled. Each botanical blends together to create the perfect base for any gin-inspired cocktail. A mix of 9 botanicals including Juniper, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Bitter Orange Peel, Grapefruit Peel, Angelica, Cassia, Jasmine and Orris. is a very bright and aromatic gin with a light sweetness on tip of the tongue. A gentle introduction of the botanicals follows with notes of angelica root and citrus oils balancing on the palate beautifully. The finish lingers with fresh zesty grapefruit and juniper.

Infused with ginger and vanilla before maturing in quality oak casks to smooth out the flavours and provide a long lasting finish. London dry gin. Blackwater No. 5 is a classic London Dry Gin, distilled from the purest spirit, the finest botanicals and soft local water. It balances the confident juniper notes of a traditional London Dry with bright coriander, warm cinnamon and zesty lemon. Blackwater No. 5 is crisp and elegant, great as a G&T, excellent in a cocktail.

Ireland's most famous distillery have branched out and things just got zesty. Introducing Jameson Orange. The smooth taste of triple-distilled Jameson Irish Whiskey, perfectly balanced with notes of zesty Orange flavour. On the nose it boasts exceptionally well-balanced aromas of zesty peel and juicy orange citrus fruits, with sweet whiskey undertones. The palate is delicate, smooth and full mouthfeel with distinctive notes of orange zest as well as spicy, nutty, sweet vanilla. The finish is clean with a sweet orange aftertaste.
