Ireland's most awarded Gin, Shortcross is a classical style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadows, wild berries and grassy notes. In the whiskey that bears his name, the legendary spirit of Patrick J. OFlaherty lives on today, worldwide. He was Paddy, to his friends, and they were legion. A kindly, generous and beloved fellow, Paddy traveled pub-to-pub across Ireland, selling Cork Distilleries Map of Ireland Whiskey and giving out rounds of free drinks along the way, for more than four decades, but the legend (and the whiskey) became a favorite well beyond Ireland. Before long, international patrons and publicans alike were clamouring for more Paddy, so the whiskeys name was changed to honour the man himself, as global demand increased. Paddys namesake whiskey, triple distilled and aged in the oaken casks of County Cork, Ireland, was always light, balanced and pure. A smooth, accessible whiskey for nearly a quarter millennium, it remains just so today, wherever you enjoy it.

The Pasilla Mixe chilli is the hero here. Sourced directly from the Mixe farmers on the Sierra Norte mountains, we macerate the smokey chillis in a special alcohol made from Danish heritage Purple Wheat and organic malted barley. After distillation those same chillis are then used to make a Pasilla Mixe kombucha which is also distilled and then blended in to adjust the alcohol percentage.

An inviting nose where barbeque smoke and cloves are intermingled with fresh notes of butterscotch and orange peel. On the pallet a fascinating blend of Applewood smoke, honey and all spice are married with stewed pears and fresh grilled pineapple. This whiskey finishes with the return of a savoury smoke over a lingering wood undertone, which combines delightfully with notes of salted caramel.

Introducing Nirvana Single Malt Whisky. Indian barley and charred American oak casks work in harmony here, with lots of barley sugar and honeyed notes to enjoy. An attractive honeycombed bourbon and butterscotch with luscious fruitcake and enticing caramel pudding. A delightful taste soft honey and salted caramel followed by an excellent mouthfeel with honeycomb sweetness. The finish is long, and richly flavoured with dissolving honey, barley, succulent vanilla and gentle tannin. A fun mix of barley, vanilla, milk chocolate and oak plays together nicely to tempt you into another sip.

Pearse 5yr - Original - is a malt and grain whiskey blend, aged in former Bourbon and Kentuckey Bourbon Barrel Stout barrels for a minimum of 5 years.TASTING NOTESNose: this whiskey has a slightly citrus note with a rich vanilla aroma. It has mellow malt tones and an aroma of light honied fruits with floral undertones and a whisp of smoke.Palate: This whiskey has a smooth and easy palate with a hint of spearmint & light oak wood spice that builds to rounded semi-sweet chocolate, creamy vanilla and caramel taste. It has a mild malt character that is well balanced and finishes with a crisp smooth mouth feel.

KIimerud Navy Strength Gin is the most powerful of the internationally awarded Kimerud Gin family. Master Distiller Ståle Håvaldsen Johnsen distills a careful balance of 22 fine botanicals with pure mountain water, to create a full-bodied pallet and aroma. The cold Norwegian climate adds to the quality of KIMERUD Gin as it delays the growth of the herbs bringing a richness that is paramount to the final taste.

This gin owes its subtle dry palate to the handpicked raspberries from Kimerud farm. Between the months of July to August Master distiller Ståle Johnsen his wife Barbara, and their two daughters collect the rich, ripe berries. The color in this Pink Gin is 100% natural from the raspberry. This Pink Gin contains no less than 23 botanicals. A touch of sourced sugar is added to give the spirit a mild sweet balance.
