A relative newcomer on the Australian wine scene, Pinot Grigio offers a real alternative to the more traditional white varieties. Yalumba provide an exellent example here with a spicy, flavoursome, textured and a great food match styled wine.

Deep yellow in appearance with an aromatic nose of stone fruit and citrus with notes of creamy vanillin oak. An authentic Pinot Grigio from the home of the variety in northern Italy, Santa Margherita Pinot Grigio is pale straw-yellow in colour with a clean, intense aroma and dry flavour with pleasant golden apple aftertaste. It is a Pinot Grigio of great character and versatility.

Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Elephant In The Room Pinot Gris shows a clear, pale yellow color with green hues. Aromas of ripe apple, pear & lemon citrus dominate its bouquet, with some underlying notes of white florals and spice. Fermented solely in stainless steel with minimal handling, this beautifully lifted and expressive wine is lush with mouth-filling fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is light and fresh. All-in-all, it's a very versatile wine that pairs well with many cuisines.
