A bright, vibrant youthful Pinot Grigion from Devil's Corner. It has attractive herbal backdrop with the intensity of ripe pears and spices on the nose. An attractive crisp finish with enough acidity for a pleasant lingering after- taste.

Jacob's Creek Double Barrel Shiraz Cabernet is a finely balanced mixture of ripe dark fruits and fine texture. The Limestone Coast offers fruit of intensity with ripe dark berry flavours and outstanding freshness. Finishing in Scotch Whisky barrels has softened the tannin profile whilst adding a slight cherry, crème brûlée edge, due to the heavy toast to the barrels.

An easy choice for those who want something simple, Lindeman's Bin 85 Pinot Grigio is left unoaked to bring out the core flavours of apple and pear. Best served slightly chilled for maximum enjoyment, this wine goes great with lighter dishes.

Later harvested Barossa fruit allows the ripe honeydew melon and white peach flavours to shine, complemented by delightful honeysuckle and lime aromas. Bright pale yellow, there is nothing Innocent about this Pinot Gris! An extremely well made wine with distinct pear and freshly cut green apple slice on the nose followed by similar varietal characters on the palate. It is satisfyingly crisp with great acidity structure to be one of the great summer enjoyment.

This Pinot Gris combines fruit from premium sites in Central Otago, including Maude's mature family owned vineyard in Wanaka, Mt Maude. This Pinot gris has typical aromas of ripe pear, quince and brioche lead onto a rich textured palate where whole bunch pressing and partial barrel fermentation has created complexity.
