The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Elephant In The Room Pinot Gris shows a clear, pale yellow color with green hues. Aromas of ripe apple, pear & lemon citrus dominate its bouquet, with some underlying notes of white florals and spice. Fermented solely in stainless steel with minimal handling, this beautifully lifted and expressive wine is lush with mouth-filling fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is light and fresh. Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.

This Red Hill Esatate Pinot Grigio comes from the Mornington Peninsula. It is a cool climate wine, which displays aromas of refreshing citrus and lime zest, some confectionery notes with a hint of musk on the nose. It is soft on the palate with freshly cut pears, some minerality and neat acidity back bone. Resulting in a clean crisp after taste that makes this Pinot Grigio the perfect match for seafood dishes.

This Pinot Gris has a bright straw colour with lifted aromas of honeysuckle pear and floral notes. Ageing in oak has given the wine a creamy texture and with crisp acidity on the finish.
