Elephant in the Room Chardonnay is medium, deep straw yellow in colour with a highly expressive nose of ripe peach and melon aromas, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst peach, guava and melon flavours with a rich and soft texture building to a mouthcoating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.

Wynns' tribute to the emerging Italian varietals making theirmark on Australia's Limestone Coast. Spicy, citrusy Fiano leads the style with Pinot Grigio and Arneis adding weight and hints of perfume. Each wine is sourced from slow-ripening cool climate vineyards in the Limestone Coast of South Australia and partially matured in French Oak before final blending and bottling by Corey Ryan.

The Limestone Coast has a climate well suited for growing Chardonnay, with warm summer days and plenty of sunshine allowing full fruit flavours to develop. A classic style, William Hardy Chardonnay is medium bodied with generous peach and stone fruit flavours, complemented by sweet vanilla oak to a long and soft finish. The result is a fine elegant Chardonnay.

This Riesling is a fragrantly perfumed wine with intense varietal characters. Refreshing green apple, lemon and lime characters are displayed as both lifted aromas and flavours, and linger with a clean crisp texture.
