Resulting in wine with great aromas such as ripe pears, mixed stone fruits with hints of cooked green apple in the background. It then leads to a full flavoured, textured palate with a delightful finish.

Peregrine's Pinot Gris serves up some interest that goes beyond New Zealand's most famous white variety. Instead of kiwifruit and gooseberries, savour Pinot Gris' poached pears and red apples. There's some crisp acidity hiding in the back that keeps the palate fresh, with some mealy texture providing a nice mouthfeel.

Peregrine Pinot Gris from Central Otago in New Zealand overflows with ripe pear, peach, mango, grapefruit and has an underlying steely minerality. It is well balanced and mouth filling with great persistence. Lovely drinking now, this wine will continue to develop over the next few years.
