Symphony No. 1 is the first blended malt from the House of Lark, representing a composition of exceptional Tasmanian single malt whiskies. Veuve Capet is the first Vodka exclusively made from Chardonnay grapes (hand-harvested in the famous Côte des Blancs, in French Champagne vineyards). After a fivefold distillation and charcoal filtration, this vodka was assembled with perfectly pure water. Veuve Capet has a unique character, combining roundness and fruitness. Tasting notes : Eye : Perfectly crystal clear. Nose : Rich and elegant bouquet. Fresh, dominated by citrus notes, including grapefruit zest, then evolving to exotic notes of mango and guava. Mouth : Very rich and supple in the mouth. Complex aromas with citrus, the finish is particularly long, dominated by Williams pear notes.

First ever vodka in the world to be peat smoked. Using Tasmanian Peat from the North West Coast of Tasmania which has almost identical climate and weather conditions to that of Scotlands west coast. This spirit captures all of the unique qualities of our sheep whey vodka and infuses them with the pervasive character of Tasmanian peat smoke. This results in a balanced sipping Vodka. The spirit is divisive; yet elegant.

These Willamette variety raspberries are grown in the deep south of Tasmanian, in the foot hills of our world heritage Mount Field National Park at the Westerway Raspberry Farm, owned and operated by the Clark family for over 25 years. These raspberries, originally from the north-west of USA are a sweet and juicy variety, great for jams, juicing and of course gin ;). With a very short shelf life and harvest season (4-6 weeks) you have to be quick to get your hands on the real thing, but if you miss out, don’t worry…. we have the next best thing :).

Knocklofty 'Garden Party Gin' is made with seasonal, surplus berries from the Westerway Farm (Tasmania). The berries are steeped in the gin to provide a unique, natural taste.
