Locally sourced, Hippocampus vodka is distilled in Western Australia. The vodka is twice distilled and not filtered, which lends a smooth richness and subtle flavour. Its full body and depth mean it lends itself well as a cocktail base.

Hobart Whisky Signature is a marriage of small carefully selected American oak ex-bourbon casks.
