A captivating Tasmanian whisky cream liqueur dominated by Hellyers Road original single malt whisky and fresh Tasmanian cream. The liqueur casts aromas of chocolate, coconut, malt-o-milk biscuit, with a suggestion of honey. Aged 4yrs in Portuguese sourced Port barrels and re-conditioned in Tasmania, Iron House pure Tasmanian Single Malt Port Cask is an enticing drop. The initial pour sits in the glass with a reddish orange embered hue and greets the nose with a stone fruit, red wine, buttery, sweetened spiced aroma. A palate of red berried wines, dried dark fruit, orange zest, hazelnut oak warmth with a touch of dark chocolate, tobacco and heat.

Knocklofty 'Garden Party Gin' is made with seasonal, surplus berries from the Westerway Farm (Tasmania). The berries are steeped in the gin to provide a unique, natural taste.

These Willamette variety raspberries are grown in the deep south of Tasmanian, in the foot hills of our world heritage Mount Field National Park at the Westerway Raspberry Farm, owned and operated by the Clark family for over 25 years. These raspberries, originally from the north-west of USA are a sweet and juicy variety, great for jams, juicing and of course gin ;). With a very short shelf life and harvest season (4-6 weeks) you have to be quick to get your hands on the real thing, but if you miss out, don’t worry…. we have the next best thing :).
