Our old tom style of gin is single shot distilled by hand using a traditional copper pot still. with a selection of queenslands finest botanicals weve created an old tom gin that marries the spice and earthen notes of juniper with sweetness from frankincence and myrrh, and refreshing hits of citrus from native finger limes.

Inspired by the flavours of South East Asia, fresh makrut (keffir) lime leaves, ginger, lemongrass and kumquats alongside more traditional ingredients such as juniper,coriander, angelica and orris are used in the distilling process. Jungle Gin's bright aromatics work wonderfully with a dry tonic garnished with a lime leaf, yet equally well in any citrus forward cocktail.

To create this Raspberry gin, whole Raspberries were added to the finished Gin to macerate for 7 days providing a vibrant pink hue and luscious Raspberry character. Alongside more traditional botanicals, strawberry gum and earl grey tea were distilled to complement the raspberries. Boatrocker Raspberry Gin provides a modern twist to a classic G&T (feel free to garnish with fresh or freeze dried raspberries), alternatively, make a 'Pinky' Tom Collins by using Boatrocker Miss Pinky Raspberry Berliner Weisse instead of Soda water!

Hand crafted and small batch distilled in a bespoke copper pot still, Reid+Reid NZ Native Gin is a unique New Zealand gin created in Martinborough by two brothers. After a two-year mission foraging the landscapes of NZ for aromatic native plants that best compliment a classic dry gin, the brothers settled on Kawakawa, Manuka and Horopito making it a quintessential New Zealand gin.Juniper and floral notes followed by citrus. Peppery and ginger spice on thepalate and a vibrant, aromatic finish. Fresh and lasting in taste. A must have for any Gin collection.

An exceptionally smooth gin that offers the gin fanatic someting different with hand picked Austalian Kakadu Plums. Adding to the complexity of juniper are Angelica root, cardamon and a seclection of other botanicals that are balanced on the palate with a medium/dry finish. Enjoy by itself or with a quality, dry tonic (or soda), ice and the zest of lime.

The flavour experience opens with an initial scent of juniper, followed by rhubarb which produces a fruit compote aroma. On the palate the prominent vanilla creates the perception of sweetness that compliments the juniper flavours very well. Ginger adds a gentle spice to the finish.

This fresh contemporary style gin is a delicately balanced blend of juniper, native raspberry, local orange blossom, macadamia, pink pepper and zesty lemon balm.

Originally from the West Perth based Hippocampus Distillery (launched in 2015), but now based in Melbourne and distilled by Boatrocker Brewers & Distillers and made in small batches, with 10 undisclosed botanicals in the mix, macerated overnight then distilled in a copper pot still. Tasting note: [Batch 9 tasted] Crystal clear. Spicy and fresh aromas of juniper, cardamom and cinnamon in the first pass with air contact emphasising lemon gelato, mineral and mandarine peel. Quite concentrated for the ABV with a lean, peppery juniper entry, followed by flavours of coriander seed, citrus peel and a warming spirit finish. Aftertaste of white pepper and juniper shows excellent staying power. 41.5% Alc./Vol.

It all began in 2015 when two mates from Adelaide hatched a crazy plan to start a gin distillery. One had a history in the food & beverage industry, the other – a graphic designer – passionate about creating brands. Prohibition Christmas Gin is fast becoming a hallmark of Australian Yuletide traditions, and their 2022 vintage is no exception. As always, it is perfect served over ice, in a Christmas French 75, shaken with foam and citrus, or drizzled on Christmas pudding, custard, or ice cream for a festive epicurean dessert. The 2023 Christmas Gin is a delightfully bright & decadent expression of our most festive spirit. Lashings of figs from the Adelaide Hills are elevated with cherries & late harvest Chardonnay grapes.
