De Iuiis Hunter Valley Semillon has lifted tropical fruits and citrus characters that dominate the aroma, while excellent natural acidity adds balance and length of flavour.

Sitting high in the Adelaide Hills, Sidewood hand craft single vineyard wines of the utmost complexity. Their Chardonnay is made up of four French Chardonnay clones from the Ashwood vineyard and shows a crisp front palate with lifted layers of aromatic fruit. Each clone provides a unique flavour profile to the end result and delivers a wine displaying complex pear, peach & fig fruit flavours with some lovely nutmeg and sage spice notes.

Another multi regional wine from Peppertree, the Chardonnay is a blend of Hunter Valley 50%, Wrattonbully 35% and Orange 15%. The three regions make up a wine that shows lifted aromas of white peach and pineapple, a generously fruit driven palate packed with ripe fruits balanced well by subtle barrel ferment complexity, providing a long refined finish.

Another outstanding Pinot Grigio from Pizzini. Aromas of ripe pear lead the way in the bouquet and the palate is fresh with crisp, zippy acidity very true to the grigio style. Enjoy it with seafood.

Josef Chromy's Pinot Gris delivers a fresh, zesty flavour profile of ripe apricot, pear and subtle hints of ginger. The grapes are harvested quite ripe in order to give the palate its full, rich weight and texture with a beautifully balanced, lingering zesty finish. A great pairing with a Risotto or Calamari.

One of Australia's favourite Moscatos, the Brown Brothers Moscato is a delightful reminder of of the warmer months with its aromas of musk and freshly crushed grapes. Clear, bright, pale straw in the glass, the nose is complex and enticing displaying fruit, perfume and evidence of its European winemaking. Honeyed fruit on the palate with a slight buttery mouthfeel, good acid, length and a very good lingering finish. Altogether, a very good wine.
