Powerhouse Derwent Valley Tasmania Pinot Noir
The grapes used to produce the Powerhouse Pinot Noir were hand picked from vineyards nestled on river banks north of Hobart, in Tasmania. The Powerhouse Pinot Noir, is light and fruit forward. Earthly, with aromas of forest floor gamey. Rich fruits of dark cherry and black plum combine with powdery tannins for a smooth finish. Produced using wild yeast and fermented in French Oak for 10 months, this Pinot Noir was bottled unfiltered.
Small Island Naturally Sparkling
Made using the Petillant Naturel method aka Pet Nat, this wine is a rock star in and out of the bottle. Made from a blend of the energetic chardonnay from the famous Saltwater River vineyard and pinot noir rose. It sees a small amount of new oak for added texture. This is some seriously good pet nat, living up to Tasmania's reputation as the home of Australian fizz.
