The cool slopes of the Tamar Valley region, located in northern Tasmania, have the potential to produce great sparkling wine. Frogmore Creek is a superb cool-climate Chardonnay from Tasmania that shows stonefruit and citrus varietal aromas which are enhanced by quality oak. The palate is beautifully structured with tight natural acidity. A very complex and subtle style.

As the only Tasmanian specialist devoted to the traditional methods from Champagne, this is a unique offering from a great region for sparkling. Honeysuckle and citrus scents are immediately apparent, with slight aromas of nougat, roasted nuts and a hint of strawberry from the Pinot Noir.
