Bold black and blue fruits dominate with a healthy smattering of oak to hold everything in place. Sumptuous!

Though part of the Barossa, the Eden Valley is a slightly cooler climate than the neighbouring Barossa Valley, so generally produce Shiraz that is slightly more elegant in style. Festive spice cuts through a jammy sweetness from sugar plums and sweet blackberry. Fine tannins and dark chocolate lead you towards a lengthy finish.

The palate is mouthfilling and luxurious with tones of deep blackberry, cherry, vanilla and spice aboud well-integrated oak.

In the glass: Dense red black. On the nose: Lifted plum pudding, currant and cedary oak. On the palate: Very rich and powerful with a velvety soft core of fruit, graphite-like tannins, touches of black olive and sarsaparilla and earthy persistence.
