The Stockhausen Chardonnay was created by Briar Ridge in a style paying homage to the pioneers of the Hunter Valley around 40 years ago. It is rich and creamy with ripe peach and tropical notes.

Mount Pleasant Elizabeth continues to be an all time favourite of not only Semillon lovers, but affordable dry white lovers across the board. With it's golden hue with a green tinge and baked apple with hints of toastiness on the nose. Citrus flavours of lemon and lime and a buttery texture with good length and crispness on the finish. Scarborough Yellow Label Chardonnay is sourced from fruit grown on the winery's rich Terra Rossa soil. This helps produce a Chardonnay that is rich and mouth filling with creamy, buttery flavours. Having being left of lees for a minimum of 12 month and going through 100% Malo fermentation, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay is one for those who love an 'old-school' Chardonnay.

Fermentation in new French oak barriques using natural yeast provided Margan White Label Chardonnay its pale lemon colour. The wine's bouquet is a compilation of white nectarine, grapefruit, struck match and cedar spice aromas. The palate of this modern Australian Chardonnay is lush with flavours of green apple, white peach and flint. Subtle influences of oak and sharp acidity give line and length to the finish. This white varietal can be enjoyed with crispy pork belly or mushroom risotto.

Gorgeous varietal character with gentle white peach, sweet lemon and pear flavours. Hand-picked, whole-bunch-pressed fruit was fermented cool and blended early to preserve freshness. Audrey Wilkinson Semillon from the home of Semillon in Australia, the Hunter Valley is a lovely crisp Semillon with abundant citrus fruit flavours, limes, lemons and a hint of sherbet. Delicious.
