42 Degrees South Pinot Noir has red cherry and blackcurrant aromas followed by mixed red berry flavours that linger elegantly and finish with delicate tannins and soft acid.

Ninth Island Pinot Grigio is full bodied with a lifted bouquet of exotic fruits like banana and pear. Refreshingly balanced by crisp acidity. This wine, Freycinet's junior Pinot Noir, reveals liveliness and youthfulness in its colour, aroma and flavours. Similar winemaking techniques are utilized as for their renowned Freycinet Pinot Noir. Fully ripened fruit from their Louis vineyard site is fermented over a 7 to 8 day period in a rotary fermenter. A pure yeast culture is added and the ferment temperature is allowed to peak at 32 degrees. After gently extracting colour, flavour and tannins from the skins the wine is pressed and matured in French oak barriques (8% new) for 12 months prior to bottling.

Lerida Estate Lake George Pinot Noir is 100% sourced from the estate vineyad at Lake George. Maturated in French oak for just under a year, this armoatic and perfumed Pinot shows cherry, red current, allspice, vanilla and gamey aromas. Once in the mouth, the wine displays luscious red fruits with a balanced savoury backbone with fine, integrated tannin.

Lake Hayes wines by Amisfield are made in an early drinking style with a fresh, fruity appeal. Deeply coloured and packed with sweet ripe fruit aromas of blackberries, Doris plums and juicy cherries with a touch of spice. A generously flavoured Central Otago Pinot.

Lusciously fruited, dry and fresh with a nicely rounded finish. Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Spicy pear and red apple skin aromas drift from the glass followed by some quince, musk and honeysuckle notes. Fragrantly scented with a supple flow of rich fruit and a long moreish finish. Semi translucent red to dark red core with black shaded edges and a vibrant red hue. Fragrant violet, red cherry, strawberry and anise aromas are interwoven with forest floor, dried herb and spice notes. Rich dark cherry, strawberry and anise flavours flow supplely across the palate with notions of dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar the undercard. Polished tannins with a long moreish finish. Great everyday drinking Pinot. Drink over the next 5-6 years. Alc. 13.5%
