Eden Hall Reserve Riesling made from fruit from select rows in block 8 with a south western aspect. It is pale straw yellow showing a lifted, perfumed floral nose with hints of lavender. Conceived as a white wine development program, the Bin 51 Riesling soon became one of Penfolds' star performers. Eden Valley is an obvious choice of region for Riesling due to the higher altitude and cool climate. The wine offers delicate aromas of fresh cut apples and pears with a twist of lemon and minerality towards the end. A great deal of fruits and acidity makes for an interesting white wine with propensity to age gracefully if carefully cellared.

Temple Bruer Preservative Free Rose has loads of yummy cherry and pineapple flavours and a nice dry finish. Goes really well with sweet chilli dishes or Asian food.

The cool hills of the Eden Valley has produced a Pinot Noir of intense colour and rich flavour. The aromas of strawberry and cherry are eveident on the nose. A hint of cinnamon and clove spice also contribute to the aromatics of this wine. Layered flavours of Strawberry, Black Cherry and Plum have integrated well with clove spice to coat the mouth. The palate is soft and elegant.
